Donovan's Chocolates are a family owned and operated New Zealand chocolate manufacturer. The company has grown over a period of 20 years from a small chocolate manufacturer to having a respectable share of the New Zealand FMCG chocolate category.
Campbell Consulting, in partnership with Deloitte Hamilton, produced a Strategic Marketing Plan for Donovan's to move the company into a very competitive position both within the New Zealand chocolate industry and for export. The Strategic Plan provided insight into:
